Eastboard Ward Game
Pixpil and Chucklefish’s RPG Eastward has been out for half a year at this point. iam8bit is doing another physical release with Eastward Collector’s Edition. Most collector’s editions come with things such as stickers, plushies, keychains, and maybe some other stuff. This one is doing something a little bit more original.
Eastward Collector’s Edition will include a full board game based on the video game. It is a 2-4 player game, where players will have to rescue villagers and defeat monsters. It comes with 15 Ingredient Cards for cooking, 10 Item Cards, 8 Miasma Cards, and 4 Character Standees.
There is also a 2-vinyl soundtrack set that apparently can serve as an expansion to the board game. I’m not sure how it works, but they can be played together or separately. The 2xLP soundtrack is not included in Eastward Collector’s Edition. However, you can buy the soundtrack and board game in a separate bundle and get the game on its own OR get the Collector’s Edition and the soundtrack separately.
For @eastwardgame developer @pixpilgames crafted a modern day pixel-art classic.
