EA Sports Revs Its Engines Announcing F1 22 Game

Get ready to take F1 racing to the next level. Today EA Sports is giving fans a glimpse of the future of formula 1 racing with the announcement of their new game, F1 22, coming July 1st, 2022. Bringing more than ever to the world of virtual formula 1 racing a press release provides details about what players can expect in the game. With a lot to look forward to from changes in physics to new vehicles, Senior Director of F1, Lee Mather shares some of his thoughts. 

“Alongside the real-world changes, we have updated the physics to accommodate the new aero rules…” Says Mather in the release, “With new and updated circuits, Adaptive AI, F1® Life, and expanded gameplay options, there has never been a better time for players to take their seats and live the life of an F1® driver.” 

F1 22 places players right in the drivers seat for the 2022 FIA Formula One World Championship. Of course, you’ll be competing in the races in new hybrid cars, alongside new race types, and more competitive line-ups. Additionally, new and old players benefit from other new additions. For instance, F1 22 introduces a new adaptive AI that keeps players of all skill competitive. Furthermore changes to returning features make the game feel familiar and new. 

Enhancements to mechanics, such as My Team, bring fresh changes. Players are now able to choose a starting budget for their team: Newcomer, Challenger, and Front-Runner. Of course, these will influence how much money you begin your journey with. Additionally, players can look forward to new, real-life, tracks from Australia, Spain, and more.
