The first person hack and slash, chaos bashing, co-op action of Vermintide is celebrating a birthday today. That’s right Fatshark’s action co-op game, Warhammer: Vermintide 2, turns four today and is celebrating with fans new and old. A press release about the fourth anniversary of the game provides more details about what exactly Fatshark is planning for the game’s birthday.
Warhammer: Vermintide 2 places players in control of one of five playable characters. Whether alone or with up to three other players, you will get your fill of action. You will slash, shoot, burn, and magically decimate, the servants of chaos as you adventure through levels with your party. Of course, Vermintide 2 is entering its fourth year. Since its release the game has had constant updates and several expansions, there is a lot of content. Yet, according to the release, there is still more coming.

Of course, staying true to the Vermintide 2 tradition, Fatshark has brought back the limited level A Quiet Drink for a short time. From March 8th-20th players can join in on this celebratory level. Furthermore, Vermintide 2 is now 80% off on Steam to give a gift to those new fans who want to join the birthday fun.
