Nobody Saves the World Hits PC and Xbox This Month

Nobody and Everybody

Drinkbox Studios is most well-known for being the developers of the Guacamelee! series. This month, they are going to be releasing a new game called Nobody Saves the World. While it is a very different game from Guacamelee!, one look at it will show you how similar the art direction is.

Drinkbox Studios has a very stylish set of games in their catalogue of work. They all have very colorful characters and locations with very interesting shapes. Not to mention the creativity that is poured into each of their concepts. Nobody Saves the World is no exception.

Nobody Saves the World

In Nobody Saves the World, the player can switch between forms, such as a magician, a rat, a ranger, a body-builder, and many others. Each form has its own unique ability, but it does not end there. You can mix and match other forms and abilities to create a bow-wielding turtle or a missile-launching ghost.

This game works like a top-down dungeon-crawler RPG with Roguelite elements, such as procedurally generated dungeons. The world is also full of strange and wacky characters. They also interact with the player differently, depending on which form they assume at the time.

Nobody Saves the World will also launch with online multiplayer. Friends can melt their brains with the crazy combinations of forms and abilities tag-teaming bosses. Nobody Saves the World will be coming out on January 18th for PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
