Apex Legends Nintendo Switch Release Teased

Apex Legends May Be Coming to Switch in February

The Japanese version of a recently released Apex Legends – Stories From the Outland has officially teased a Nintendo Switch release date, and it isn’t far off. Other versions of the trailer also suggested the same release date, such as the Polish and Danish versions. The trailer for Season 8 didn’t show much Nintendo Switch information to English speaking fans of Apex Legends, but fans in other regions were teased with a February 2nd release date. Apex Legends is available right now for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

Should Apex Legends release on Nintendo Switch on February 2nd, it would coincide with the launch of Season 8. Eagle-eyed Apex Legends fans were able to find information about the Nintendo Switch release of Respawn Entertainment’s battle royale in descriptions for the video not only in Japan but Denmark and Poland as well. While this isn’t official, it’s likely a solid release date for the popular battle royale due to the mentions in more than one language.

Roughly translated from the various languages teasing the Nintendo Switch release of Apex Legends, the description of the recent Stories From the Outland said, “On February 2nd, it will be possible to play on Switch at the same time as the start of Season 8.” While the official release date for Apex on Nintendo Switch hasn’t been confirmed by Respawn Entertainment or Nintendo, an announcement will likely be made soon and may be included in an upcoming Nintendo Direct or Direct Mini.
