Discover Everything Lumios Has to Offer
Good news MMO fans- Bless Unleashed is coming to PS4.
Bless Unleashed is a reboot of 2018’s MMO Bless Online, and it uses the same free to play business model, which may just help bring some new players into the fold and introduce them to a whole new genre if they don’t want to commit to a monthly fee.
The game takes place on Lumios, a wild and untamed fantasy realm split into thirteen zones, with seven field bosses and twenty-six elite bosses scattered across the world for your team to take down. Additionally, there are six dungeons to explore, plus lairs and arena challenges that will pit you against some of the most dangerous foes Lumios has to offer.
Don’t let the relatively small scale of the game compared to some of its competitors scare you off, though; while the free to play model might make it more accessible to players new to the genre, the game has been designed with hardcore MMO players in mind. If you have any doubts before checking the game out the advantage is that it’s been out for a few months on the Xbox One already, so you can check out some gameplay videos to see whether or not it’s something that would interest you.
While it’s yet to be seen whether the game can take on genre heavyweights like World of Warcraft or Final Fantasy XIV, the fact that it’s free to play, but not pay to win might just be a big boon, encouraging people to play while giving them the option of spending money on cosmetic and decorative items instead.
