More Throwback ‘Vania Action
Before Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night was eventually released, we got a throwback side project in Curse of the Moon. Now, Inti Creates is cooking up another one! Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon 2 is coming soon to PC, PS4, Xbox One, and the Nintendo Switch.
This entry in the series appears to be more of the same good stuff people remember from the first Curse of the Moon. Zangetsu and three new characters fight their way through a multi-episode story, using their unique abilities to find new routes along the way. One of the new characters is a corgi in rudimentary battle armor, in case you were on the fence about this one.
You can check out the first trailer for the game embedded below. Igarashi starts off with a short message, followed by some excellent gameplay footage. As usual, the art direction is truly on point. Like the first game, you can turn on casual mode, which makes the game more palatable for no-talent schmucks like myself. You can read more about the first Curse of the Moon here.
