Got a Suit? Then Suit up
For the past few months, a conflict has been mounting; a race war. GTA players have donned green and purple alien suits and are engaging in a fierce battle that has flooded the streets of Los Santos. The Green vs Purple war has spilled over onto social media platforms like Instagram and Tik Tok, spawning spicy memes. Now it appears that it has grown too big for Rockstar Games to ignore. They have recently started an in-game giveaway to fuel the fire between the two factions.
Yesterday, Rockstar announced on Twitter that players on GTA Online would be able pick up green and purple alien bodysuits from any clothing store. Simply walk into your favourite store, access the clothing options, go to Outfits: Arena War, and then find the free clothes under Bodysuits. But you can’t just run around with your bare alien fists. Well, actually you can and a lot of the participants really do, but Rockstar wants you to armed. Also for free, you can pick up the alien’s signature weapon: the pool cue! Go to any Ammu-Nation and get a free pool cue to wreak havoc with.

The bodysuits are normally $300,000 each, but if you act fast, you can get them both for free. The bodysuits and pool cue are available free of charge until May 13th. So, if you haven’t already, choose your side, grab a weapon, and take to the streets. Grand Theft Auto V is available on PC, Xbox One, and PS4.
