Animal Crossing Fans Can Plot Their New Horizons Islands Now
Gamers who can’t wait to get started creating their ideal islands in Animal Crossing: New Horizons can get a head start by customizing island templates using a recently released browser game. GitHub user eugeneration has created a game known as Happy Island Designer and it follows the island templates from Animal Crossing trailers. Gamers can choose ahead of the release of New Horizons where to place houses, shops, the museum, etc. Animal Crossing: New Horizons releases exclusively for the Nintendo Switch on March 20th.
Happy Island Designer includes an in-game browser that allows gamers to select from shops, town buildings, trees, tents, etc. to place wherever they want on a grid map that’s similar to the New Horizons maps showed off on the various trailers. The perfect town layout will be an essential aspect of new Animal Crossing releases because gamers will be able to choose where things go, where people live and where the water flows. Happy Island Designer will let fans who are excited for the upcoming Switch release get started on their ideal islands.
Animal Crossing: New Horizons has humble beginnings, with the island being emptier than the towns in previous games at first. This will give Animal Crossing gamers some additional time to plot their perfect islands, even beyond the release of the game. This could be an essential tool for planning out multiple ideas before settling on one. Although the layout of your island is only a small aspect of Animal Crossing: New Horizons, it’s a good idea to get a head start with Happy Island Designer.
