Tekken 7 and Frostpunk Joining Game Pass

Tekken 7, Frostpunk and Sword Art Joining Game Pass

Joining Grand Theft Auto 5 this month on Game Pass come Tekken 7, Frostpunk and Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet. 11 bit Studios’ Frostpunk: Console Edition releases on January 9th alongside Bandai Namco’s Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet. Fans of Tekken will have to wait until January 16th to play Tekken 7 on Game Pass. Xbox Game Pass is available starting at $9.99 per month and Game Pass Ultimate costs $15 per month and gives subscribers access to Xbox Gold and Game Pass on PC and Xbox.

Frostpunk

Considering Grand Theft Auto 5 just released for Game Pass, it’s quite shocking how many more quality titles are joining the library this month, as Rockstar fans would easily forgive Xbox for less attention for the first month of the year. Tekken 7 is a quality fighting game with diverse characters and play styles. Gamers can play through Treasure Battle to unlock many cosmetic rewards or play through the story mode. We considered it a great addition to the Tekken series, check out our review here!

Frostpunk: Console Edition includes the base game, as well as tons of free content like new maps, Endless Mode, The Fall of Winterhome and more. Sword Art Online fans and anime fans alike will surely enjoy Bandai Namco’s Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet as it’s a quality hack and slash game that’s true to the source material. We enjoyed the gameplay and customization offered in the anime inspired title but it was marred with load times. Check out the full review of Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet here!
