Time to Start Disemboweling FoolsÂ
Mortal Kombat is known for its gruesome and grotesque gore and violence. This franchise has been in the crosshairs of censors since the 1990s and nothing has really changed. As graphics have improved, the violence has only increased with it. Something that fans have loved. The developers of Mortal Kombat 11 have always been thinking of new ways to add more neat and nifty moves to add to the bloodshed. in Mortal Kombat 11 it is something called brutalities. There are special moves, that a player can use mid-fight that then flows into a brutal execution. Each character gets their own set of brutalities, and now Nether Realms is going to be added a couple more for their Thanksgiving update.
Brutalities should not be confused with fatalities. Fatalities are only used after you have won or lost a fight in order to really add insult to injury. Brutalities are combos that then transition into a sort of toned-down fatality. But that doesn’t mean they don’t look cool. Four new characters will be getting new moves. Baraka, Johnny Cage, Kano, and, of course, The Terminator.
New towers are also being added to the game. It is here where you will be able to unlock the new brutalities. The challenges shouldn’t be too tough if you are familiar with the game. But it is a fighting game afterall. They tend to not be very forgiving, especially when playing against the AI. It is possible to you might ruin Thanksgiving dinner due to you throwing a controller through your aunt’s plasma tv. But its a risk you should take. Who doesn’t like new stuff?
Mortal Kobat 11 is available for the PC, Xbox One, and PS4.
