World War Z Hits the PC, PS4, and Xbox One in April
Co-op zombie shooter World War Z will have two missions set in Tokyo, Japan at launch with a bonus Tokyo mission releasing sometime shortly after the game’s April 16th release, the game’s developer, Saber Interactive, revealed on Wednesday.
“We’ve had such a positive response to the content that we decided to expand the core game and make four episodes spanning eleven levels available at launch,” said Saber Interactive CEO Matthew Karch.
Other locations that’ll be featured in World War Z include Jerusalem, New York, and Moscow.
Co-op mode will support up to four players who can choose between these six different classes: Slasher, Gunslinger, Exterminator, Medic, Hellraiser, and Fixer. All six will have “unique perks and play styles”, according to the game’s official website.
The game also has five different PvP modes that’ll involve two teams of human players fighting each other while also fighting off hordes of zombies.
