This Week Looks to Put Fortnite Players’ Skills to the Test
After Fortnite had its week 3 challenges leaked last weekend, and week 2 the weekend before that, it seems like no surprise that the same thing has happened again this weekend. Datamining has revealed seven new challenges for Fortnite players to complete.
These challenges offer Fortnite players rewards for completing them, and the harder ones offer greater rewards. These rewards unlock the different tiers of the Battle Pass, and give the players fancy new skins and emotes.
The challenges for next week go live on the 22nd, and include:
- Deal damage with Assault Rifles to opponents (1000).
- Search Chests in Wailing Woods (7).
- Search 7 Ammo Boxes in a single match.
- Visit the centre of different Storm Circles in a single match.
- Search between a Bench, Ice Cream Truck, and a Helicopter. (HARD)
- Trap Eliminations. (HARD)
- Eliminate opponents in Snobby Shores. (HARD)

This week it seems that Epic Games will be testing every Fortnite players’ skills. The infrequency of chest spawns in Wailing Woods, and how small the area is, will no doubt make for a fun challenge of me searching one chest, dying, and doing the same for 6 more matches.
Another challenging one is to visit the centre of three different Storm Circles in a single match. Firstly, having to survive long enough to visit the centre is hard enough, but visiting three in a single match, whilst 99 other players do the same, isn’t going to be a pushover.
Finally, the second to last strikes me as the hardest of the bunch. Fortnite recently had its trapped nerfed in the 4.2 update, with a damage drop down from 125 to 75, which means they can’t one-shot players anymore, making this challenge especially harder.
Are there any challenges you wish they’d add? Let us know!
