P.T.-like Game Allison Road has been Cancelled
The developer of Allison Road stated on Twitter that the horror game “had to be cancelled”, with an official statement to come in the following days. It was to be a game similar to that of Hideo Kojima and Guillermo del Toro’s P.T., the playable teaser for the cancelled Silent Hills.

“Hi all. Sadly Allison Road had to be cancelled,” the tweet reads. “Statement to come in the next few days. Thx for all your support and very sad it came 2 this.”
This was a fan project that was Greenlit on Steam in 2015, and it was considered to be the spiritual successor of the much-mourned Silent Hills. A first person survival horror game created in Unreal Engine 4, it was meant to mimic the close-quarters of P.T. as the player woke up in a haunted house and encountered hostile supernatural entities.
Allison Road had also launched a Kickstarter campaign in 2015, which was withdrawn in a few weeks. However, this was not due to trouble, but the fact that the team had signed with Team17, creators of Worms and Alien Breed. “Working with Team17 will give us the chance to make our game unhindered creatively, but at the same time will give us the resources, support and experience that only a 25 year old studio can give,” the Kickstarter update had said.
Allison Road was meant to be released this Fall on PC.
