Let this be a lesson to all the hate-spewing fanboys out there… if even the big wigs at both Sony and Microsoft can get along then you should be able to as well! Adam Boyes, the VP of Publisher and Developer Relations for PlayStation tweeted words of congratulations to Phil Spencer, Remedy Entertainment and all of the Xbox team on the launch and success of Quantum Break. Phil, of course, got in on the action offering thanks for Adam going out of his way.
@amboyes @remedygames Thanks Adam, appreciate the callout. @QuantumBreak

A success is a success, a great game is a great game and when one developer or publisher or manufacturer succeeds they all do. We here at COGconnected love bringing you fluff like this because it resonates that under all the competition and back and forth that everyone just wants to experience great gaming. Remedy’s Quantum Break was released this past Tuesday to some solid reviews, our own in-depth review being one of them. Fans of Remedy and the Alan Wake franchise will feel right at home. With a mix of gaming and dramatic television all rolled into one the game stands tall as a great achievement for Sam Lake and his team. You can bet that Phil Spencer will be just as gracious when Sony’s next mega-exclusive drops with Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End just over a month from now. Gameplay video shown recently is enough to make anyone excited and we know we can’t wait to get our hands on Nathan Drake’s next adventure. So remember kids, let’s all go out there and play nice. Let’s be excited for every game, developer, console etc that sees success and the industry will be a million times better for it.
