A Look Ahead with the Gaming Community
Gaming festivals are great for gamers and game developers both. They give players a chance to see what’s coming to them in the near future. Yet, they also provide game developers a chance to show off their new projects. Above all, game festivals provide a chance to bring the gaming community together. Today, Summer Games Fest 2024 is happy to share that more than 55 partners will be joining the festival this year. Of course, partners help make the festival bringing never before seen gameplay footage, announcements, and more to players who attend and watch the livestreams. Luckily for gamers, some of the biggest video game companies in the world are coming to the festival as partners.
Summer Games Fest 2024 is a, self-proclaimed, fan-first event. It focuses on the future of gaming and aims to show off what gamers can expect from their favorite companies in the coming year. Importantly, this year features over 55 partners, some of which include the biggest names in gaming. For instance, 2K, Amazon Games, Annapurna Interactive, Arc Games, Atari, Bandai Namco Entertainment, Blumhouse Games, and more are all a part of the first wave of partners. Many of these companies may be appearing during the Day of the Devs: SGF Edition on June 7.
However, beyond the readily accessible fan engagement, Summer Games Fest 2024 has more in store. For example, Summer Games Fest: Play Days is an invite-only  media and influencer event in downtown Los Angeles produced by iam8bit. This event will take place on June 8 – 10th.
