Even if you haven’t touched the other two titles it might have caught your eye. Although it looks fantastic and has a badass combat system at first look, does it live up to all the hype? Check out our video below to find out.
ONINAKI is an Action RPG that follows Kagachi, a watcher whose job is of the utmost importance. In a society where reincarnation remains at its core, Kagaci’s task is to guide all those souls who are lost, those who have regrets or need saving even after death, and are the ultimate gatekeepers of both the Living World and the Beyond. Customize your character to match your play style and choose from a variety of weapons as you take on enemies in fast-paced real time battles to protect what you hold most dear. Take a dive into the powerful and emotional story of ONINAKI though be prepared for a slight feeling of déjà vu the more you play because the battles begin to feel a little repetitive. That said, ONINAKI offers a well-rounded, uncomplicated overall experience that proves itself to be fun and engaging.
ONINAKI released on August 22, 2019 and is available to play on the PS4, Nintendo Switch, and PC. Have you been playing the game? Is it on your list of titles to pick up?
