Game of the Year Awards 2019: Get F***ed, Game
Let’s face it. For every great game, there are a few stinkers as well. 2019 saw some big name releases, but it also gave us some real frustrating games. They may have been super-buggy, they may have been unfinished, or they may have just flat-out sucked a big one. They can’t all be winners, right? The games in the video below showed that sometimes, even if you’re a AAA studio, you can only polish a turd so much. These are the worst games that we safely say can just go and get effed.
There were some great games this year, but it’s safe to say these nominees aren’t them. Whether they just left us sad, mad, or questioning where we went so wrong in life to subject ourselves to them, these are the titles worthy of us saying “Get f***ed, game.” Sometimes you can fix things up by going back to the drawing board, but we think these titles are pretty effed, and could have used a bit more time in the oven, so to speak.
