3. WWE 2K24 – March 8
WWE 2K24 is the latest WWE wrestling game in the ever improving WWE 2K series. This latest entry features a story mode with an emphasis on the history of WrestleMania. The game will be out a few weeks before the actual WrestleMania XL event in 2024, but will still have that event’s arena. New match types include casket matches, ambulance matches, gauntlet matches, and special guest referee matches. WWE 2K24 is an obvious entry on our Top 5 Video Games Arriving in March 2024, and will be available for everything except the Switch.
2. Princess Peach: Showtime! – March 22
Princess Peach: Showtime! is a third person action adventure game starring Princess Peach from the Super Mario series. It’s the first game starring Peach since The DS game Super Princess Peach from 2005. The gameplay is all about transformations that give Peach different powers. Nintendo first party releases are always a big deal, which is why Princess Peach: Showtime! ranks so high on our Top 5 Video Games Arriving in March 2024. Obviously Princess Peach: Showtime! will be a Switch exclusive.
1. Dragon’s Dogma 2 – March 22
There was tight competition for the top spot on our Top 5 Video Games Arriving in March 2024, but we’re giving it to Dragon’s Dogma 2. The original Dragon’s Dogma got lukewarm reviews, largely because of some technical issues. But it’s one of those games that people grew to love, despite those problems. It’s gone from hidden gem to PS3 classic in the 12 years since its release. Fans have been clamoring for a sequel to Capcom’s Western-style RPG, and they’re finally getting one. Dragon’s Dogma 2 will be available for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
