League of Legends has made excellent music videos, but when Riot Games announced Arcane – a Netflix TV series, few people expected a result like this. Its first season just ended, and it’s sitting firmly as one of IMDB’s best shows of all time.
343 Industries has been sending out review copies for Halo: Infinite, and as a result, the opening cutscene has leaked. It’s light on plot details, but not totally devoid – be warned, there are spoilers ahead!
Riot Games describes Project L as a “assist-based fighter”, featuring a whole host of characters from the ever-popular League of Legends. Jinx, Ekko, Ahri, and Darius are shown off in the the title’s first ever gameplay video, with (presumably) more to come.
Bobby Kotick, CEO of Activision Blizzard, isn’t especially well-liked by his employees. With the company plagued by multiple ongoing controversies, and with information coming to light about Kotick’s involvement in several harassment claims, those employees have decided that enough is enough.
While the tech-oriented side of video games is constantly looking to push new boundaries, it’s inevitable that some games get left by the wayside. And you know what? That’s a darn shame. It’s a part of the games industry that’s frustrated many players, and Phil Spencer of Microsoft joins in on that chorus.

Halo: Infinite content is out, right now. Or at least, the free-to-play component of Halo: Infinite is available for all to enjoy – the full game will wait until early December. Its first competitive season, Heroes of Reach, is already out, but how long to players have to earn its rewards?
