Moonlight Pale Got Funded in a Single Day
Indie developer Blue Lily has shared an exciting update for Moonlight Pale, its upcoming hand-drawn 2D survival horror title. The project has seen remarkable support on Kickstarter, reaching its funding goal within just 24 hours. It also managed to quickly climb past 300% of its original target. That early momentum has now opened the door to a range of new content and platform expansions.

Set inside a haunting late 1800s female seminary, Moonlight Pale blends atmospheric storytelling with striking hand-drawn visuals. Thanks to all the support, the game is now coming to PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series S|X, and Nintendo Switch, alongside its PC release.
The campaign has steadily unlocked several stretch goals, including support for multiple languages, Mac and Linux versions, and additional in-game content such as new endings, outfits, and gameplay modes. The next milestone aims to introduce more animated cutscenes, adding further depth to the narrative experience.
Alongside the console announcement, Blue Lily has also revealed physical editions for PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch. The Standard Edition includes a Kickstarter-exclusive jacket, a photo of Juliette and Lily, and a game manual. For collectors, the limited Eclipse Edition adds a special box, character-themed accessories, a mini art book, and more.
The team expressed heartfelt gratitude to supporters, calling the opportunity to release physical editions alongside major platform brands a dream come true.
With its rapid success and growing momentum, Moonlight Pale is going to be a standout indie horror release worth keeping an eye on.
