No Stone Unturned Starts Investigating on Steam Early Access Today

Help Solve Detective Cox’s First Case in No Stone Unturned

Wise Monkey Entertainment Ltd has officially launched its comedy murder mystery game No Stone Unturned on PC via Steam Early Access. This launch gives players their first chance to step into the shoes of the unusual detective, Cox. The game debuts with its opening case, Cat Got Your Tongue, setting the tone for a quirky investigative adventure.

The story follows Detective Cox, an amnesiac squirrel tasked with solving the suspicious death of a chicken. It was discovered on the roadside in the quiet town of Orchard-Under-Hill. Players take on the role of this buck-toothed sleuth, using tools like a magnifying glass, a tape recorder, and even a crowbar to uncover clues. The investigation unfolds through interviews with townsfolk, clue collection, and a series of fast-paced, bite-sized minigames. This makes sure that the experience is varied and engaging.

At launch, Early Access includes the full first case, with four additional cases planned as free updates over time. These future additions will connect through a larger, overarching narrative, gradually expanding the mystery surrounding Cox and the town itself.

To bring the character to life beyond the screen, Wise Monkey Entertainment collaborated with Jim Henson’s Creature Shop to create an official puppet version of Detective Cox. The character has already appeared at events like MCM and PAX, voiced by actor David Carter.

No Stone Unturned is now available on Steam Early Access, priced at £9.99, $11.99, or €11.99. With its mix of humor, mystery, and creative gameplay, the title offers a promising start that is likely to grow stronger as more cases arrive.
