Your Virtual Esports Team Awaits in Teamfight Manager 2
Korean indie developer Team Samoyed has officially launched Teamfight Manager 2 in Steam Early Access, bringing a deeper and more refined take on its esports management formula. The game is now available for $17.99 at a 10% discount until 1st June, giving players the chance to step into the role of a team manager and build a competitive roster from the ground up.
Teamfight Manager 2 expands on the original with more complex systems and a stronger focus on strategy. Players are responsible for scouting and signing talent, training their squad, and carefully planning match tactics. The sequel introduces a MOBA-style match structure, featuring roles such as Top, Jungle, Mid, Bottom, and Support, with the ultimate goal of destroying the enemy Nexus.
A key improvement lies in the management aspect of the game. Each athlete comes with unique stats and personalities that influence AI-driven decisions during matches, creating a more realistic and dynamic simulation. Managers must also track solo-ranked performances, study rival teams, and negotiate contracts to stay competitive.
The game includes dozens of new champions alongside returning ones with abilities. Steam Workshop support is also available, allowing the community to create and share custom content such as champions, teams, and tournaments.
At launch, Early Access already features the full gameplay loop, champion roster, and online league mode. The developers plan to expand content, refine balance, and improve systems based on player feedback.
Overall, Teamfight Manager 2 shows strong potential, offering a detailed and engaging esports management experience that is set to grow significantly during its Early Access phase.
