Saros – Video Preview
Returnal is arguably the greatest PlayStation 5 exclusive and Saros could very well take that title. Harnessing all of Housemarque’s signature style, this looks to crank up the chaos to create a relentless, hypnotic loop of precision gunplay.
Saros aims to create a roguelike that differs from Returnal. In addition to new combat mechanics such as the ability to absorb shots with your shield, progression is also revamped. The notion of ‘come back stronger’ is key with permanent upgrades, a second chance feature and much more. With its bullet hell gameplay, stunning visuals and wonderful audio design, could this be the next best roguelike? Check out our video preview below to find out more.
