HoYoverse has announced Petit Planet, a new cosmic life simulation game that blends creativity, exploration, and community in a vibrant universe. Guided by the slogan “Weave Your Dreams Beneath the Stars,” the game invites players to build and nurture their own planets, gradually expanding into galaxies alive with wonder. Closed Beta sign-ups are already open through the official website at planet.hoyoverse.com.
In Petit Planet, players start with their own world, shaping its growth through a mysterious force called Luca, which infuses vitality into the land and creates distinct landscapes. Planets come alive through connections with fuzzy Neighbors, charming companions who bring stories, personalities, and warmth to the journey. As bonds strengthen, each planet transforms into a lively space filled with energy and meaning.
Every day life on Petit Planet revolves around joyful activities like farming, fishing, cooking, crafting, and exploration. Players can harvest unusual crops, discover unique ecosystems, and spend time with Neighbors. Creativity takes center stage, with options to customize characters, design interiors, and arrange outdoor spaces. Even the skies and beaches can be reshaped, making each planet a reflection of its caretaker’s imagination.
Exploration extends beyond a single planet. Players can embark on Starsea Voyages with Neighbors, venturing into mysterious islets, uncovering rare resources, and meeting new companions. The Galactic Bazaar serves as the game’s social hub, where travelers gather, festivals light up the skies, and friendships with other players grow into lasting connections.
With its colorful, cartoony 3D style, Petit Planet marks HoYoverse’s debut in the life simulation genre. Confirmed for PC and mobile, and with more platforms in development, the game promises a relaxing yet adventurous experience.
