Didn’t Know Life Was Hallucinogenic
If you didn’t know what High on Life was before, you were probably better off not knowing. Not that it will be a bad game, but your life was probably simpler and untainted by the images it presents. Well, if you are looking forward to it melting your brain, you may be disappointed.
High on Life is the brainchild of the co-creator of Rick and Morty, as well as Solar Opposites. The premise of the game is that the human race has been captured by aliens. They intend to use humans as drugs and drugs are bad.
The player has to team up with living, extraterrestrial guns called Gatlians. Gatlians have many different functions and tricks to them. Some will have high rates of fire, some will lob their babies, which will detonate. One thing they all have in common is that they talk… a lot.

If that concept intrigues you, then there is some bad news. High on Life’s release date has been pushed back. It was going to be coming out on October 25th, but the developers had to reschedule for the middle of December.
High on Life will be coming out on December 13th for PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. It will be available on Xbox and PC Game Pass and Xbox Cloud Gaming.
