Deadly Premonition 2: A Blessing in Disguise Is Finally Available on Steam
Deadly Premonition 2: A Blessing in Disguise is finally available on Steam. Devs made the official announcement at the recent Future Games Show. It was Game Director Hidetaka Suehiro and his stuffed monkey Sharapova who gave the news in the game’s new trailer.
The game is actually both a prequel and a sequel to the cult-classic horror original from 2010. Deadly Premonition 2: A Blessing in Disguise players follow the adventures of FBI Agent Aaliyah Davis in present day Boston. She starts a new investigation into a swath of serial murders. She then goes back in time to guide a much younger Special Agent York through the incident.
Players who are not quite familiar with the franchise’s lore may want to come for the murder mystery. However, they may end up staying because of its eccentric characters and off-beat type of story telling.
Devs first launched Deadly Premonition 2: A Blessing in Disguise in July of 2020 as a Nintendo Switch exclusive. It is due time that it became available to other platforms. After all, Publisher Rising Star games did tease last year that they were working on a PC port. With that said, fans are happy to see that the horror adventure is finally taking that leap.
Toybox Inc. partnered with White Owls to develop this much-awaited title. They revealed at the Future Games Show that the game is now out on Steam. More information such as recommended specs and pricing are going to be available on the official Steam page of the game.
At the moment, Deadly Premonition 2: A Blessing in Disguise is for available for PC and Nintendo Switch players.
