Sifu Shows off Physical Edition in New Trailer
Studio Sloclap and publisher Microids have revealed the physical edition for Sifu. Going by the Vengeance Edition, the physical edition is throwing in a few goodies to entice gamers that are interested in some collectibles. Always good to see smaller titles like Sifu getting a solid physical edition.
Here is what is included in the Vengeance Edition:
- An exclusive SteelBook
- Sifu’s standard edition for PlayStation 5 or PlayStation 4
- ‘The Art of Sifu’ artbook
- The original game score (digital)
- Three lithographs
The physical edition for Sifu doesn’t offer anything out of this world. It’s about what you would expect from an edition like this these days. That said, I remain a big fan of steel books. They look very nice in any collection. I’m more of a fan of digital games, but I like to take a look at these collections every now and again. Some of them really do look nice.
The music score and the lithographs don’t do anything for me personally, but they are solid additions to what really matters. The artbook and steel book are the stars of the show here. Sifu has a great art style, and it is a game where an art book can really shine. Flipping through an art book is a great way to really appreciate how a game looks.
Sifu is a game that I am looking forward to. A kung fu game where you age each time you die is such a fun and unique premise. I’m very likely to try a game with a unique idea just out of curiosity.
