British children’s cartoon character and #1 on my list of tastiest animals, Peppa Pig has her own console game out. My Friend Peppa Pig launched late last year on PC, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Stadia. You may think that you have already experienced the game at its finest, but you would be wrong.
When the game was announced, the developers had plans for it to also come to Xbox Series X|S and PS5. Unfortunately, those versions were not ready and could not exercise the full power of those consoles. But that time has passed and those consoles finally have something to work hard for.
That’s right, My Friend Peppa Pig is now available on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. If you have been saving this experience for the new generation of consoles, you can buy it now, but owners of the PS4/Xbox One version can upgrade for free.
Publisher Outright Games has put together an accolades trailer for the game. You may not be able to tell, but that’s all gameplay right there. You thought it was fully cinematic, but that’s in-engine, baby. From what the trailer shows, there is quite a bit of praise for the game, especially for its appeal to young children. It is Peppa Pig we’re talking about.
