Tawna Announced for Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time
Toys for Bob has recently announced a new character coming to the Crash series with Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time. The new character known as Tawna is an alternate universe version of Crash’s original love interest and she will be one of the several playable characters in the upcoming successor to the original Crash Bandicoot trilogy. Crash fans already familiar with the original Tawna will be impressed with her new role in the Crash Bandicoot series as she smashes through boxes just as Crash would. Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time releases on October 2nd for Xbox One and PS4.
PlayStation fans who pre-order Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time will gain access to a free demo for the upcoming title on September 16th, continuing to celebrate the history between PlayStation and Crash Bandicoot. Tawna has been Crash’s love interest since the titles on the original PlayStation, but her new role in Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time will shed new light on the character. Gamers will be able to play as several characters in Crash Bandicoot 4 such as Crash, Coco, Neo Cortex, Dingodile, and the alternate universe Tawna.
Crash will bend through time and space in Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time, and the new Tawna seems to be a result of the multi-dimensional travel. This new Tawna looks completely different, trading in nail polish for a punk rock hairstyle. She remains a colourful character among a cast full of colourful characters in Crash Bandicoot, but Tawna is a new woman with Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time. With all of the playable characters available in Crash Bandicoot 4, the latest title in the series may have the most replay value.
