Get Your Learn On
During these scary pandemic times, most of us are spending a lot more time inside, if you are being wise. While we are inside, many people are choosing to use this time to work on different things. Some are finding new creative outlets, some are working on self-betterment, and some are trying to pad their gamerscore, like your ol’ pal Zane. Thankfully, there are a lot of content creators and providers that are making these ventures a little easier. One such way is how Ubisoft is making a couple of educational tools more accessible with the Assassin’s Creed Discovery Tour games.
As you know, the Assassin’s Creed games always take place in very specific, exciting times in history. For a while now, people have experimented with these games in educational settings like classrooms. Recently, Ubisoft has made it even easier with the Discovery Tour. In Assassin’s Creed Origins and Odyssey have this mode where the player can roam and explore in a conflict-free version of the game. If you just want to see the sights of ancient Greece or Egypt, or you want to learn more about the settings of the game, you can do this without being harassed by guards.
Right now, between May 14th and 21st, Ubisoft is offering the Discovery Tour for both Assassin’s Creed Origins and Odyssey for free. If you already have either of these games, you also have access to their respective Tour. They can also be purchased separately for about $20, but if you act now you can get them for free. If you want to download either of these Discover Tours, you just need a Ubisoft account. Assassin’s Creed Origins and Odyssey are both available on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
