Titanfall 2 Single Player Campaign Around 8 Hours Long
Back in June at E3 2016, we were able to get our hands on the much anticipated Titanfall 2. Bigger than ever before, and making its debut on the PS4, we summed up our early impressions and really noticed the improvements to the gameplay and the Titans themselves. As Scott put it the Titans truly felt like ‘giant metallic badasses that can turn the tide of a hard fight.’
In a recent Titanfall 2 preview event held in Los Angeles just last week, Executive Producer Drew McCoy talked to Stevivor about the pacing of the game, noting that there may be a little more downtime than we saw in the last entry.
“There’s a lot of downtime. There’s no dialogue or explosions for minutes at a time,” he stated. A far cry from the near constant bombardment of explosions in the original Titanfall.
Game Director, Steve Fukuda spoke directly on the single player campaign length saying, ” It’ll be plus or minus [eight hours], depending on how good you are or the level of difficulty you’re playing on. It’s a very solid campaign, though.”
All in all, eight hours isn’t the most lengthy campaign but it’s eight hours longer than the one in Titanfall! Keep it locked to COGconnected for more information on Titanfall 2 as we get it.
