3 Up, 3 Down – The Best (And Worst) Games From February 2016

The Worst

 Bombshell

We were hoping Bombshell would be a resurgence for 3D Realms, but it wasn’t at all. There’s not a whole lot going on for Bombshell which is really disappointing. The game displays some slick looking cutscenes but at the end of the day you’re left with is a game that is worth far less than the asking price of thirty dollars. Its buggy and glitch. It was released unpolished and well lets just say our reviewer didn’t really care for this one. In the end, Bombshell just isn’t worth your time.

Dinocide

Dinocide wasn’t as a bad as Bombshell, but it was close runner up. If you’re looking for a classic game or a dose of nostalgia, you are better off picking up an old bargain bin game instead of spending roughly $10 on Dinocide. There is a free demo of the game, so we do highly encourage you to give the demo a spin before you take the $10 buck plunge. This way you know exactly what you are getting into.

The Westport Independent

Rounding out our bottom three stinkers of the month is a game that had so much potential but in the end it fell flat. We described the game as being bare bones, and the lack of depth is what ultimately killed the experience. The Westport Independent is more of a novelty than anything. It’s too bad really, because the subject matter is interesting. Thiis just isn’t worth your money.
