Mars Attracts Goes Full Alien on September 24 With Its 1.0 Launch

Welcome to Mars Attracts

Get ready to abduct some humans because Mars Attracts is finally ready to leave Early Access. Outlier has announced that its darkly comedic park management sim will launch its full 1.0 version on Steam on September 24, 2026, with a 25% launch discount.

Mars Attracts

Mars Attracts puts players in charge of an extraterrestrial theme park where ordinary attractions simply aren’t enough. Instead, players will abduct humans from across history, lock them in bizarre enclosures, conduct twisted experiments, and keep Martian guests entertained while dealing with the occasional escape attempt.

The game has already built a strong following during its year-long Early Access run, earning a 92% positive rating on Steam. The 1.0 launch will take things even further with the long-requested Sandbox mode, new maps and human enclosures, additional Martian characters, and plenty of new music and sound effects.

Outlier has also overhauled the AI for both Martian guests and captive humans, promising a deeper and better-balanced simulation. Many of these improvements came directly from player feedback throughout Early Access.

Fans looking for something extra can also pick up the Supporter’s Edition, which includes a behind-the-scenes featurette, a 21-track soundtrack, and a 56-page artbook packed with concept art and character designs.

With its bizarre premise and twisted sense of humor, Mars Attracts is shaping up to be one very unusual theme park management experience. And honestly, that’s exactly what makes it so intriguing.
