Time to Destroy Everything in AeroBloom
If you’ve ever looked at a colorful city and thought, “I wonder how much of this I can destroy,” AeroBloom might be worth keeping an eye on. Developed by solo indie developer Quito Digital Works, the destruction-focused game lets players roam a blocky seaside town and tear it apart one piece at a time. The game will launch on the Epic Games Store on October 1, 2026, before arriving on Steam on October 6.
The main attraction is, unsurprisingly, destruction. Players can launch bouncing discs at buildings and structures, using clever angles and environmental bounces to smash through the town. As you explore, you’ll also discover upgrades and unlock increasingly powerful abilities that open up new ways to cause chaos.
The city isn’t just about destruction, either. AeroBloom includes parkour challenges, different areas to explore, and plenty of hidden spots to discover. When you need a break from wrecking buildings, you can head to the in-game casino for blackjack, roulette, and a flight-and-retire mini-game. These activities use only in-game currency, with no real-money gambling involved. Fireworks and flashy nighttime effects round out the colorful presentation, while the entire experience remains focused on single-player exploration.
AeroBloom looks like a playful take on the destruction sandbox formula, giving players a colorful city and plenty of tools to make a mess. If breaking things is your idea of a good time, October can’t come soon enough.
