So Many New Features Arrived in TMNT: Splintered Fate
TMNT: Splintered Fate is getting its biggest content update yet, giving both longtime players and newcomers plenty of reasons to jump back into the action. Super Evil Megacorp has rolled out a free major update for the award-winning roguelike brawler, adding a new storyline chapter, a playable character, fresh cosmetics, and more.
The biggest addition is The King’s Gambit, which brings the infamous Rat King into the spotlight. The new and challenging run serves as the conclusion to the game’s main storyline arc and will put players’ combat skills and reflexes to the test. Players can also add a new ally, Pepperoni, to their Home Lair.
The update also introduces Slash as a new playable character. Known for his aggressive personality and incredible strength, Slash brings his massive claws into battle and comes equipped with his signature Enraged mode. This ability temporarily boosts his movement speed and damage, making him a powerful addition to the roster.
For players who want to give their favorite Turtles a fresh look, the Samurai Armor Pack adds new outfits inspired by classic warrior gear. Each hero gets a personalized version of the armor, giving the team a stylish new appearance.
The new Platinum Bundle also brings together all paid content released so far, along with the game’s free updates. There is plenty more to enjoy, including new TMNT merchandise and the upcoming Switch 2 Legendary Edition, which launches October 27.
With so much new content arriving at once, Splintered Fate is giving fans a great excuse to return to the fight.
