Venture Through a Dark and Decaying World in Lostbound
Indie developer Tenkarider and publisher Tambù Digital have released the official Steam demo for Lostbound, giving players an early chance to experience its Zelda-inspired roguelite action RPG gameplay before the full launch.
The newly updated demo represents the final pre-release version of the game, allowing players to explore its core mechanics while the developers gather community feedback ahead of release.

In Lostbound, players venture through a dark and decaying world where survival depends on careful planning rather than reckless exploration. A relentless entity known as The Hand constantly pursues you, while the world itself slowly disappears beneath your feet. Every step permanently affects the map, meaning revisiting the same ground too often can cause entire paths to vanish, forcing players to rethink their routes on the fly.
The adventure also takes players into dangerous underground dungeons filled with valuable Artifacts that shape each run. These procedurally placed items encourage different character builds every time you play, making experimentation a key part of progression. However, staying underground for too long comes with a deadly risk, as you must return to the surface before nightfall, or The Hand will catch you in the darkness.
Like many roguelites, defeat is never the end. Resources collected during each run can be used to grow stronger, unlocking new strategies and improving your chances of escaping the Abyss in future attempts.
If you enjoy challenging action RPGs with meaningful exploration and high replay value, Lostbound is a promising indie title worth keeping an eye on.
