The Hand Is Coming for You in Lostbound
Think you can outrun a world that’s literally disappearing behind you? Lostbound is putting that idea to the test. Indie developer Tenkarider and publisher Tambù Digital have officially launched the roguelite survival adventure on PC via Steam, sending players into a mysterious world where every move could be their last.
Lostbound doesn’t just throw monsters at you and call it a day. The world itself is out to get you. Following closely behind is The Hand, a relentless force that tears apart the ground in your wake, slowly eliminating the paths you’ve already explored.
That means standing still isn’t an option. But blindly charging forward could be just as dangerous. Every step permanently affects the world, and repeatedly using the same route gives The Hand more ground to consume. Players will need to plan their movements carefully while deciding whether a tempting shortcut, mysterious dungeon, or valuable artifact is worth the risk.
The deeper you venture, the stronger you can become. Shadowy dungeons hide powerful artifacts that can completely change your build, but staying out too long comes with another problem. When night arrives, The Hand comes hunting.
With procedurally generated worlds, shifting artifact locations, and different builds, every run brings a new challenge. Failure is inevitable, but each attempt gives you more knowledge and another chance to push further.
Lostbound is now available on Steam for $4.89 at a 30% launch discount until 20th October. So, how long can you survive before The Hand catches up?
