Stop the Corruption in Colossus – Eternal Blight
Rustic Panda Games has officially launched Colossus – Eternal Blight in Steam Early Access, giving players their first chance to explore the studio’s debut action RPG. Published by Level Up Gaming, the game is available now for $12.79 thanks to a 20% launch discount that will remain active for the first 14 days before returning to its regular price of $15.99.
Drawing inspiration from beloved classics such as Chrono Trigger and Hyper Light Drifter, Colossus – Eternal Blight takes players to the fantasy world of Eireos. The story follows Lucian, a young man on a desperate mission to save someone he loves while a deadly Blight slowly consumes the land. Along the way, players will uncover a tale centered on brotherhood, sacrifice, and the difficult choices that come with holding on and letting go.
Combat focuses on fast-paced action, allowing players to chain together attacks, parries, counters, and powerful skills. The Early Access version also lays the foundation for three playable classes, each featuring its own unique builds and skill trees.
Exploration plays a major role in the adventure, with four handcrafted regions packed with Zelda-inspired puzzles, challenging dungeons, and Purification quests that task players with rescuing NPCs before the Blight overtakes them. The game also features detailed pixel art, optional side quests, and a variety of minigames to discover.
