Players step into the role of a disabled nurse trapped inside the quarantined complex. Confined to a wheelchair, movement becomes a deliberate and tense experience, adding a distinct layer of strategy to exploration and combat. Resources are scarce, corridors feel suffocating, and every encounter carries weight as players face grotesque creatures born from something far beyond human understanding.
