Check Out the New Monster Infusion in Aethermancer
Aethermancer has rolled out its first major Early Access update, bringing a wave of new content and systems designed to deepen gameplay and expand long-term progression. Titled “Full of Fusion,” the update introduces a brand-new player class, additional Champion monsters, and a significant overhaul to progression mechanics.
The highlight of the update is the arrival of the Aether Alchemist, the game’s second playable class. This new role focuses on Monster Infusion, allowing players to experiment with their creatures in entirely new ways. Players can now alter signature Traits, Types, and Elements, opening the door to a wide range of creative builds and strategies.
Players can also take on two new Champion monsters in the world of Terastae. Eidos and Eidolon function as a unique support-based duo, capable of reclaiming consumed buff stacks and reviving their effects, making them a powerful asset in prolonged encounters. Meanwhile, Dullahan caters to defensive playstyles, offering strong shielding and tanking potential for players looking to build resilient team compositions.
Progression has also received a major upgrade. The Worthiness system, previously capped at Level V, has now been expanded with no upper limit. This change allows for continuous monster growth, giving players more incentive to invest in their teams over time. Additionally, high-level monsters now begin appearing in Pilgrim’s Rest, adding new challenges to explore.
Rounding out the update is the introduction of Epic Artifacts, an upgraded tier of battle items that further enhance monster performance and strategy options.
