Enter an Unsettling World in REANIMAL
The nightmare begins in just a few days. REANIMAL, the highly anticipated co-op horror game from Tarsier Studios, the creators of Little Nightmares and Little Nightmares II, launches this Friday, February 13. Players who pre-order the Deluxe Edition can save 10% and gain access to the REANIMAL Season Pass. This will include three new chapters of The Expanded World campaign. This post-launch DLC content comes with new storylines, settings, and terrors to endure.
Tarsier Studios is planning to release three additional chapters as part of The Expanded World. The first one is expected to arrive in summer 2026. Each chapter tells a completely original story centered on new child protagonists. Players will journey through fresh locations across the war-ravaged REANIMAL island. They will confront disturbing creatures and unravel new layers of horror woven into the game’s universe.
The team behind the game also released a demo on all platforms recently. This newly revealed co-op demo begins at the very start of the main story. Players witness the emotional reunion of two orphaned siblings as they struggle to survive against overwhelming odds. Together, The Boy and The Girl set out to find their missing friends and rely on cooperation to overcome the dangers. As they explore haunting locations such as the Mill and the Trainyard, players uncover the first clues behind the island’s dark and unsettling mystery.
With its emotional storytelling, eerie environments, and cooperative survival gameplay, REANIMAL promises a deeply immersive horror experience at launch and through its expanding post-release chapters.
