Prepare for the Big Walk
During the PlayStation State of Play showcase, developer House House, best known for Untitled Goose Game and Push Me Pull You, joined publisher Panic, the team behind Firewatch and Thank Goodness You’re Here!, to reveal that Big Walk is coming to PlayStation 5 alongside its previously announced PC release. The studio also confirmed that the game will launch day one on the PlayStation Plus Essential tier later this year, giving subscribers immediate access at no extra cost.
In addition to the new platform announcement, the team shared that Big Walk will feature full cross-platform play. Whether friends are exploring on PC or PS5, they can seamlessly connect and adventure.
Big Walk is a cooperative multiplayer experience built around teamwork and communication. Players venture into a sprawling open world packed with environmental puzzles, playful challenges, and hidden discoveries. Success depends on collaboration, navigating the landscape, staying connected with a variety of quirky tools and toys, and improvising new ways to communicate when words fail.
Beyond structured objectives, Big Walk encourages players to slow down and enjoy the journey. Friends can pause to admire a sunset, experiment with the game’s interactive elements, or simply cause a little harmless chaos, like swiping a friend’s binoculars and tossing them into the sea. At its heart, Big Walk celebrates the simple joy of spending time together.
Big Walk will be available on PS5, Steam, and the Epic Games Store. So, get ready for some memorable adventures with your friends.
