Step Into the Magical World of FAIRY TAIL: DUNGEONS
FAIRY TAIL: DUNGEONS, a deckbuilding roguelike adventure inspired by the popular FAIRY TAIL manga and anime, is now available on Nintendo Switch. Developed and published by ginolabo in collaboration with Kodansha Game Creators’ Lab, the launch coincides with the game’s first major content update, which is also available today on PC via Steam as a free download. To mark the release, players can purchase the game at a 20% discount on Nintendo Switch and a 40 percent discount on Steam until January 20 PST.

The new update significantly expands the experience by introducing Gajeel, Juvia, Mirajane, Laxus, and Gildarts as playable characters. More than 170 new cards and over 100 additional skills deepen the strategic layer, offering greater flexibility in how each dungeon run unfolds. New difficulty levels have been added to both Labyrinth and Grand Clash modes, while Casual Mode allows players to focus on the narrative at a relaxed pace.
The game features an original storyline separate from the manga and anime. A mysterious dungeon emerges beneath the Fairy Tail guild, stripping entrants of their magical abilities. After a narrow escape, the guild begins a dangerous underground rescue mission to save the captured companions of their cat-like ally, Labi.
Each expedition encourages careful planning, card synergy, and tactical decision-making. Hidden tomes enhance long-term progression, while Expedition Records reveal character backstories and dungeon lore. Players may also encounter Haru Glory from Hiro Mashima’s Rave Master series.
FAIRY TAIL: DUNGEONS is available on Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam for 13.99 USD, with support for multiple languages, including English, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, French, and Thai.
