Wall World Scales its Way to Consoles

Embark on the Wall

Rising ever up above the players of PC, the Wall now casts its shadow over consoles. It is time for console players to embark on their own giant mechanical arachnid and enter the world of the wall. Today, Alawar Premium is excited to announce that their tower defense roguelike, Wall World, is out now on consoles. Out for PlayStation, Xbox, and Switch, the game allows players to experience a frantic mix of tower defense and mining wrapped in a roguelike bow. A launch trailer for the game from earlier this year gives players a glimpse of what they can expect from this endless wall.

Wall World

Wall World places players aboard their very own giant robot spider. Scaling an endless wall, players will learn the necessities of this strange world. Importantly, mining, fighting, and upgrading the spider, are all essential to their survival on the wall. Of course, the Wall is made up of various biomes, each with their own particular brand of threats and resources. Digging into the Wall and exploring the region inside will be dangerous. However, it provides players with the raw resources they need to keep up their quest up the wall. Being a roguelike, the game ensures waves of monsters bring death around every corner. Yet, failure is just the beginning.

Wall World shows off its crawling combat and art style in the game’s launch trailer. Though the trailer shows off the base game, Wall World has recently introduced its first expansion, Deep Threat, this past summer. Check out the game’s launch trailer below.

Wall World is out now for PC on Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG. Additionally, the game is now out for Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch.
