Remember, just have some faith. Today, publisher Playstack and developer Kumi Souls are pleased to announce their gothic metroidvania, The Last Faith, is out now on PC and consoles. Transporting players to a dark and blood-thirsty world, the game blends rich environments with mysterious storytelling and brutal combat. A release date trailer for the game allows players to see exactly what’s in store.Â
The Last Faith introduces players to Eryk. Eryk awakens with no immediate memory but soon learns he is in a race against time. His mind is decaying and giving way to insanity. The game combines the Metrodivania style with fast-paced action combat. Players will use an assortment of weaponry and powers as they navigate a dark and gothic world. However, this world is not without its dangers. Horrid creatures and powerful bosses lurk around every corner. As Eryk players will need to deal with them, and fast.
As players explore the world of The Last Faith they will encounter a variety of hand-drawn locations. For instance, the city where Eryk awakens, a twisted and dark forest, and even snowy mountain tops.
