River Tails: Stronger Together Is Currently in Early Access
Get ready to embark on an epic adventure! Publisher Gravity Game Arise and developer Kid Onion Studio have announced the full launch date of River Tails: Stronger Together. The game will come out of Early Access on Steam on 14 December. They are also planning to release it on the Nintendo Switch in the future.
River Tails: Stronger Together is a 3D cooperative adventure platformer with a vibrant cartoon aesthetic. You and your teammate must work together to solve puzzles and defeat the bosses across various natural world environments. There are two playable characters, Furple, the curious and excitable purple kitten, and Finn, the independent fish with some attitude.
Together they will embark on an awesome journey across land and water. Players will explore different locations such as uncharted rainforests, river caves, treacherous swamps, etc. They will also meet different local wildlife along the way that will either turn out to be a friend or an enemy.
The journey will be full of fun and innovative river-themed challenges. The difficulties of the challenges will increase as the game progresses. So, teamwork and co-operation is a vital part in order to win the game.
Moreover, there are many scary bosses that the players must take down. They are not particularly evil (just some anger issues) and they will do anything to protect their territory. And they clearly don’t appreciate a lively kitten and a cool-guy fish.
River Tails: Stronger Together is actually designed for two players. However, it does not restrict its players from enjoying it solo. The LoneWolf mode will allow players to control both characters with only one controller. Be very careful though, because this single-player mode can be quite challenging.
Additionally, a free demo version of the game is already available on Steam for everyone to try out.
