The Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope

The Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope is an interactive drama and survival horror game with psychological and folk horror elements. It serves as a sequel to the 2019 title Man of Medan. The game explores a variety of themes, including guilt, redemption, and the nature of evil. It also draws inspiration from real-world events, such as the Salem witch trials.

The story takes place in the fictional town of Little Hope, Massachusetts, and follows a professor and four students. They became stranded in the town after their bus crashed due to bad weather. They get haunted by terrifying visions and a strange apparition all the while being trapped by a mysterious fog.

The player controls each of the five characters in turn, making choices that affect the narrative and the relationships. You must explore the environment, interact with objects, converse with the other characters, and unravel the truth behind the town. The game has multiple endings that depend on the player’s choices.
