Alan Wake II Developer Diary Introduces Saga AndersonÂ
Earlier this year, Remedy Entertainment announced Alan Wake II. Fans have been patiently awaiting the announcement of the sequel to an iconic game, that was filled with mysteries and fun. The game will release on October 17th on PC via the Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. In a developer diary video, Remedy Entertainment has unveiled Saga Anderson, a playable character who is the protagonist alongside Alan.
Saga Anderson is described as follows, “an accomplished FBI agent, the co-protagonist, and second playable character of Alan Wake II, joining returning protagonist Alan Wake.” Moreover, in the developer diary, viewers get an insider and behind the scenes look at the creation of the character and the dynamic between the co-protagonists. Additionally, in the game, Saga Anderson arrives in a small town to investigate several ritualistic murders.
As a result, players must uncover the mystery behind the supernatural darkness in a psychological horror filled with unexpected twists and turns. Also, players will be able to explore two contrasting worlds, namely the majestic landscape of Cauldron Lake and the idyllic towns of Bright Falls and Watery. Thus, the sharp contrast in environment and surroundings will lead to unique experiences for players.
