Octopath Traveller II Latest Trailer Shows Off Two New Characters
Square Enix is set to release Octopath Traveller II, the sequel to the first game, on February 24th, 2023. The game will be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch and PC. It is a highly anticipated tactical RPG with an engaging story. Ahead of the game’s release, the company has unveiled a new trailer showing off two characters, Ochette and Castti. The team has also showed off some cool gameplay features.
In the game, players will be able to enjoy eight new playable characters. Each character will have their own story, skills and abilities to use in and out of combat. Ochette is a hunter who lives a care-free life and is desperate to save his home. Additionally, Ochette’s tale commences in Toto’haha and he possesses various skills such as Capture and Prepare and BeFriend. Furthermore, Castti Florenz is an apothecary whose story commences in the Harborlands. Also, players will be able to enjoy both characters as they cross paths.
Besides that, players will be able to enjoy various side stories in the game and adjust the game speed by fast forwarding event scenes and automatic text speed with the touch of a button. In the trailer, viewers get a great look at the characters, their backstory and much more. Octopath Traveller II, set in Solistia, lets people explore a vast world filled with cool characters and unique storytelling. The possibilities are endless.
